Send it back within 7 days of delivery. It must be unworn, with the tags on and undamaged.
Email shop@delapse.co.za with your order number and what you are sending back. We reply with the address. You book and pay the courier for the return.
Once it is back with us and checked, you choose: a refund to your card, or store credit.
If something arrives faulty, or it is not what you ordered, email shop@delapse.co.za with a photo. We sort it out and pay the courier both ways.
None of this takes away your rights under South African consumer law.
